If you don’t know who Collectif are (where have you been?!) Collectif are one of the biggest and best-known names in reproduction vintage, delivering their own take on iconic 40’s and 50’s style with a modern twist.  Now with several retail stores in London, a concession in LA and a thriving global online presence, Collectif are truly taking on the world with their vintage style threads. Check out there website here.

Within the brand there are two lines, Collectif Vintage and Collectif Mainline. Each brands deliver something a little different, one with a stronger penchant for a typical vintage look and one looking more to rock n roll inspirations, whilst both still serving up some seriously good taste.

Collectif Vintage offers reproduction made accessible for the modern woman. With designs and fabrics inspired by the 40s and 50s, this line is trend influenced, but not trend led, and looks to a more traditional vintage feel – check out those fur-trimmed coats for AW15. For the coming season there will be a full collection of dresses, separates, and outerwear, around three exciting sounding themes; Woodland Bloom, Enchanted Garden and Silver Screen. Looking forward to getting our hands on these at the show!

Collectif Brand Spotlight - AW15

Cherry pattern 50's dress

The Collectif Mainline collection keeps to the roots of the brand, with styles influenced by pin-up and rockabilly culture. In this collection classic vintage style blends with mainstream trends and healthy splash of Rock n Roll.

Collectif say, “For us, our collections are more than fashion; they are about creating a timeless sense of romance and glamour, set against an unconventional background.” This AW15 Collectif Mainline’s theme is Rockabilly Baby, a rebellious 1950’s bad girl collection.

Check out Collectif at the show at stand M169, and also on the live catwalk!
