Your cost to exhibit depends upon your stand type and size.

Space Only - £255 + VAT per m2 This includes only the actual floor space (no walls or carpet), catalogue entry listings, buyer invitation allocation and entry to show party. Any exhibitor can choose this stand option, regardless of stand position.

Shell Scheme - £267 + VAT per m2 This includes a pre-built stand constructed from Portico system, catalogue entry listings, fascia boards, buyer invitation allocation and entry to show party. All shell scheme stands on the show’s outer wall (highlighted in yellow on the floorplan) are 2.5m high.

E-Z UP Stand Options
Each exhibitor will need to provide their own “branded” e-z up stand.
1 e-z up stand 3m x 3m = £800 + VAT
2 x e-z up stand 3m x 3m = £750+ VAT each
3 x e-z up stand 3m x 3m = £700 + VAT each
4 x e-z up stand 3m x 3m = £650 + VAT each
The above prices include Space only position, Free exhibition show guide listing for each of your collections, Stand cleaning, Overnight security, Full advertising, marketing and PR support, Invitations to your customers, Invitations to the “famous” Londonedge Exhibitor Party
